Powerful universal coagulation powder.

- Low consumption
- No foam forming
- Fast working
- A reduction of the amount of chemical waste
Add an amount of coagulation powder – 2 to 5 % - to the paint polluted wastewater. The higher the amount of paint residue in the wastewater, the more coagulation powder needs to be added.
In practice this means 1 litre (1000cc) of coagulation agent for 25 to 30 l of wastewater.
The coagulation powder needs to be thoroughly mixed with the wastewater for 5 minutes, by means of compressed air. After that the entity needs to rest for 5 to 10 minutes. The coagulation powder will separate the paint particles from the water and they will as it were coagulate.
Then let everything run through the filter; the refuse will remain in the filter while the water runs through the filter. This water can then be used again to clean or can be discharged in the sewer.
Depending on the level of pollution the filter can be used 1 to 5 times.
